Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Keep a finger's space for comfort.
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other. This is one of the most critical measurements for fit.
For sherwanis & kurtas, measure from the base of the neck down to your desired hemline. Stand straight for accuracy.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7–9 inches below your waist. Important for churidars and trousers.
